Initially, the salesman was unable to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. After spending over an hour and driving vehicles, I know exactly what I wanted but financing was an issue. The sales manager/finance manager came to me with an alternative option at a higher interest rate which fit perfectly within my budget to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. I drove away in that vehicleand I am extremely satisfied. My entire experience was pleasurable, comfortable, and professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. The staff was phenomenal and really cared about the customer.

We had no intention of buying a vehicle the day we walked into your dealership. We had already decided on a Sierra 1500 AT4, but were still undecided on several options such as the engine and color—and we hadn’t even test-driven one yet. She approached us in a genuinely friendly and approachable manner, without any of the high-pressure sales tactics we’ve experienced in the past. Very poor. We traveled one and a half hour to get a key card that was supposed to have come with the new vehicle and did not. Only to be told after waiting 3 hours in the service department to be told they did not know how to program it. They said the called GMC and they didn't help fix the problem either. We are so sorry we ever gave them a good review and wish we had gone somewhere else for the purchase of our new vehicle. We were not the only ones sitting waiting for service to be done and they were not happy also. We would never recommend Courtesy Breaux Bridge to anyone!!!

Had my 2023 yukon first oil change since call back on 6.2 liter engine, cost has gone up $100 from previous oil change, also MPH has gone down. GM never mentioned this on recall, why do we have to be burden with this increase, it was GM mistake. I would like a response from GM

It seems like the service gets worse every time we come here. We made a 9:30 AM appointment for an oil change and to have a windshield wiper fluid repair checked. By 12 PM, we were told the technicians were going to lunch and to come back at 1 PM for the repair. In what world does it take 2½ hours to change the oil and check a windshield wiper fluid issue — especially when the bill was almost $200? When we complained about the wait and the price tag, the woman checking us out laughed. GREAT Customer service huh?! Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had here. A few years ago I brought my vehicle in for a 50,000-mile inspection on a Friday. By Sunday, I discovered water on the floor in the third row. After doing some research, we figured out the issue ourselves and brought the vehicle straight back to Courtesy on Monday. They wanted to charge us a fee just to look at something we had already identified and fixed — even though they had the car two days earlier for what they called a “full circle inspection.” Some inspection that was. I’m also currently under an oil consumption test with them. As a test, we didn’t say anything about it during yesterday’s visit — and neither did they. This is the only place I bring my vehicle, and they aren’t even tracking what’s going on with it. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. The only reason we still come here is because we were told we now need the thicker oil related to the recall, and honestly we’re nervous about taking the car anywhere else. And after all is said and done, we’ll be back next week to finally get the repair done. If we get charged again for something that should have been handled during this visit, that will be extremely frustrating.

The truck had a SCHEDULED appointment. We were promised a 3 day turnaround. Working out of town (3 hours away) made special arrangements for the truck to be dropped off for it’s SCHEDULED appointment. Repair was not handled as promised. Missed a day and a half of work waiting AFTER the promised date had passed and still was not ready. Had to make a special trip, missing more time from work to pick it up. All this after it was scheduled and had a promised return date and parts were prepaid! Very disappointed in the way this was handled and I was told my contact was out at this time. Is that why MY repair was pushed aside, because there is no reason for this to have happened. And updates were not received. This is unacceptable service. Entered by Jessica Broussard
